- BlogPulse. Tool developed by Nielsen that allows to see graphically the volume of mentions of the chosen terms of search and realize the comparative one for a period of up to 6 months.

- Wikio. Directory, so much of blogs as of mass media that it allows to realize searches and encontar comments and articles about our company.

- Twitter Search. Searcher especially on what one comments in real-time across Twitter.

- Swotti (Relevantie). It is a question of a searcher where inserting the name of our company we will be able to see the opinions and comments that exist in the network on us (dividing them in the most excellent, the best, the worst, or the most recent), also it shows the photos and videos that it finds on the company.

- Social Mention. With this tool also we can investigate about the comments, opinions and articles about our company. We can see the comments as they come of blogs, microblogs, bookmarks …
