Special labor situation in Spain

For many months, we have been reading every day in the newspapers news related to the unemployment and especially with the Spanish case. It is said that the global economic crisis fond of all the countries, but often it is not detailed about what types of problems they affect really.

In case of Spain, the employment destruction is excessively notable, since we are one of the countries of the European Union that more employment loses and that less it generates. That's why, it is especially worrying and harmful.

What is the employment destruction

We read that the economy is destuyendo employment although without knowing very well what means this term. The employment destruction takes place principally when in sectors of the economy, as it is the case of the construction they begin to complicate the things and there are labor dismissals. The problem of the massive dismissals, the fact is that they are not relocated to another sector and therefore employment is destroyed.

In Spain, the trade unions it has a social force and publishes important and they think that the employment destruction comes for the ERE (records of regulation of employment) of the companies and also for how the dismissals get cheaper, although from the office they say that not.
